Visibility Within Your Business!
In field service management, one of the most common pain points dealership owners face is simply not knowing what's happening across their operation in real time. Without visibility, processes and procedures that should drive efficiency become roadblocks instead. Decisions get made on incomplete information, jobs stall without explanation, and the day starts running the business instead of the other way around.
The solution isn't complicated, but it does require the right foundation. When a business has live technician location, real-time job status updates, and a clear dispatch dashboard, the entire operation shifts. Bottlenecks become obvious, communication improves naturally, and owners and dispatchers alike can finally see the full picture without picking up the phone to piece it together. Visibility isn't a luxury in this industry, it's the baseline for running a tight, accountable operation.

What’s Going on in Ag?

As we move into the heart of the growing season, all eyes are on the USDA’s June Acreage Report and what it could mean for grain markets. Early projections suggest another large corn crop and solid soybean production, which has kept some pressure on prices heading into summer. Of course, weather remains the wild card. A few weeks of extreme heat or drought can quickly change the outlook, but for now, markets appear to be focused on plentiful supplies. With that in mind, producers may want to take a fresh look at their marketing plans and be ready to capitalize on pricing opportunities as market conditions shift throughout the season.
Beyond the fields, there’s plenty happening in Washington as lawmakers continue working toward a new Farm Bill. Key discussions include crop insurance, commodity support programs, conservation funding, and other resources that directly impact farm operations. While the final outcome is still uncertain, these decisions will help shape the agricultural landscape for years to come. At the same time, harvest season will be here before we know it. Now is a great time to inspect equipment, review labor needs, prepare storage facilities, and fine-tune harvest logistics. A little preparation today can help reduce downtime, protect yields, and make for a smoother, more profitable harvest this fall.
